Hands down my best experience with Harley service! I was traveling from Maryland to New York and my exhaust fell off and got a flat tire 7 miles away. We pulled in and they took care of all of my needs right away and for a great price. Highly recommend them if you are in the area! Thank you!

"I worked with Jim and Mike in sales. I was encouraged as soon as I walked onto the showroom floor. Jim came over, introduced himself and we began talking about bikes. I had my eye set on a 2024 Road Glide but was apprehensive about the purchase due to the fixed fairing. Jim quickly began to explain the dynamics of the bike and help me feel more comfortable. Jim then got pulled away and Mike stepped into help. He introduced himself to my wife and I and picked up right where Jim left off. I expressed interest in the bike as my enthusiasm increased with the confidence from talking to Jim. I was ready to pull the trigger and Mike was so levelheaded he said not so fast. Come back and take it for a test ride. Be sure that's what you want and offers what you want in your next bike. I was floored... a salesman that wasn't going to sell me a bike??? So, I went home and thought about it and realized Mike likes to sell bikes, but he likes to sell bikes that are right for the rider. He took the time to consider my personal safety, and ensure I was buying a bike I was going to be happy with. And to go one step further... Both Jim and Mike were aware my wife is pregnant with our first child. When we went back to pick the bike up and sign the paperwork, they presented her with a HD onesie for our child. They didn't have to do that. Their kindness made my wife cry tears of joy. These guys genuinely care about their customers. It was refreshing to deal with honest and considerate people for a change. I get my Street Glide Special serviced at M&S. The last two times Darren Moats brought cold water out to me while I waited and asked me 2 or 3 times if I needed anything. When my rear tire needed replacement, he brought me back into the shop to inspect the tire and see the tread measurement while it was still on my bike so I could make an informed decision. I appreciate the consistent hospitality and genuine care for me as a service customer.

I never had a bad experience here. Staff is very helpful and encouraging to help out on decision making. Not my favorite place but they know what they are doing here and if they are unsure about something they can definitely point you in the right direction so youre never going wrong with their service. Yeah it might take more time sometimes but its done right. Hope you enjoy your time here.

Was on the last leg of my 3750 mile trip and heading home. Was stopping overnight in Hagerstown and noticed my running lamps and right directional was not working. The next morning I drove up to M&S and they took the bike right in.. Darren Moats was exceptional at understanding my issue and getting the process rolling.. their Ace Technician Chuck Smith was able to find a dead short make a solid repair and turned the bike out in little time. Because of these guys I not only out ran an approaching storm but was able to cut my travel back to NH by one day allowing me to attend a dear departeds funeral . I purchased a 2024 Road Glide on Friday 5/3/24 with Jim Ridenour. M&S was great to work with all the way around.
