HARLEY-DAVIDSON SERVICE ADVISOR - Full Time

Are you passionate about people and about customer service and want to work with our dedicated team in the motorcycle industry? We are looking for qualified candidates for a full time Service Specialist.
           Summary : Intake customer vehicles, answer phone calls, diagnoses motorcycle problems and service needs, schedules work, assigns jobs to service technicians and communicates job status to customer. This is a front-line sales position that requires excellent customer service skills and the willingness to learn.  (Plus, Benefit)
