"Thank you for all the help you gave me while I was attempting to decide to purchase a Harley Davidson motorcycle. I had been to 4 different dealerships counting M & S. Most of the Harley salespeople, with the exception of Mike and Rick, did not take me seriously as a potential Harley Davidson customer. I guess I did not look like a typical Harley Davidson owner. Mike welcomed me every time that I came into your store and he even made the comment, a couple of times, that we would take our time and find a bike that was "just right" for me. One time, Mike was not personally available and Rick greeted me the same way, treated me like a potential buyer and couldn't have been nicer. I want to commend you for the way you treated me during the whole decision-making process and the eventual purchase of my "Screamin Eagle Dyna".

"Mike Harbaugh was and is my salesman of choice for all my referals, he not only kept me abreast of my purchasing process but headed out any negetive influnces that may have arose. Most of my purchasing process was done over the phone, and when I arrived at the dealership Mike had all the necessary paper work right there ,without having to leave me to retreve anything. Even though I'm not able to come up to M&S Harley-Davidson Dealership as often as I would like Mike always welcomes me by name and asked about my prize(my Harley), all of which make me feel welcome and at home with friends. I even tell the people at the Harley Dealership that I have do my service work how easy it is and was, to do business with the people of M&S."

"25 years of riding (10) bikes later this is the BEST service department that I have ever dealt with. My bike needed a 10,000 mile service, called for a appointment, no excuses my bike was in and out within a day. It didn't sit while the tech that was assigned to it went on vacation and I had to wait until he returned the following week unlike the other place I took it to, nothing else needs to be said.
Thank you for having a GREAT service department and a very friendly, upfront staff. "

"We have been to most of the Harley dealerships in the four state area since the purchase of my Soft Tail Custom from M&S, March 07. Not because of my dealing with M&S do I say this, but for being there for the local community, being there for the individual, for sales, parts & accessories, up front sevice, for making you fell welcome or should I say, part of the family, M&S Harley Davidson is the #1 Dealer Ship in the area! They are inerested in you and your interests, dreams, and ambitions. If there is a problem, they are working to resolve it ASAP! There is no short cuts with M&S, eveything from thier Staff, Show Room, Service Department, Inside, Outside, is Top Notch and neat as a pin! With M&S its not all about the color green, (unless thats the color of your new bike). "I rode a friends 99 Ultra and was impressd with the power and handling. So I came in looked around and talked with Sales. After thinking about it for a week, I came back and took a ride on their '07 Ultra demo model that was available and was hooked. Bought one the same day, and picked it up the next.When I came in to pick up the bike I seen it sitting at the door ready to go. After some final paper work I was taken back to the service department where they went over the bike top to bottom explaining all the features, and asking if I had any questions. The way I was treated I will be back often. "

"Another local H.D. dealer wasn't very concerned or didn't really care about my overheating problem but when I called your service dept they said get the bike in and we will work it in, which they did and had it ready in two days and kept the bike 3 additional days since I went out of town for work. 5 Star Service Dept.
